The VeriSM Essentials is an enty level certification and aimed at anyone wanting to gain basic understanding of VeriSM or wanting to work in IT, service management or already working in IT, Service sector or digital services.
Details for the qualifying official certification exam for VeriSM® Essentials :
20 multiple choice questions .
30 minute duration with a 65% pass mark
Exam is taken online via online web proctor
Prerequisites: Students must completed the VeriSM Essentials course training before requesting their exam voucher , in other to sit for the professional exam.
