90 minute duration with a 70% pass mark.
Exam is taken online via web proctor via PEOPLECERT
Students must hold the ITIL Foundation certificate before requesting to sit for the HVIT Certification exam.
Upon successful completion of this course and exam, learner will earn a standalone qualification which can also be counted towards ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation.
